These sessions are based on Yoga Breathing and are a safe and fast way to:

- Boost digestion
- Balance your energy
- Improve sleep
The programme is £149 and is made up of 6 x 45 minute sessions and weekly home practice to help you to integrate what you learn into your daily life. A combination of learning about how to use your breath to balance your nervous system and learning and practicing breathing techniques. You can share this session with a friend.
